We've partnered with Burlington City Arts and Discover Jazz Festival to do some special "JazzLab" recording sessions at the Firehouse gallery on Church Street, Monday, June 7 to Wednesday, June 9. We'll be recording (and streaming!) a different band each day from 2pm - 6pm. It's open to the public so please drop by and check it out if you're in the neighborhood.

We’re also very excited to provide our first live video stream from a studio session, and we couldn’t think of a better opportunity to kick this off than during our JAZZLAB studio sessions at the Burlington Discover Jazz Fest.

Located on the second floor of the Firehouse Gallery, our three-day experiment is intended to offer an unfiltered glimpse into the artistic and technical processes for recording live music in a studio environment. Artists joining us for these sessions will be: yoUSAy Placate, Manual Moon and Villanelles.

Tune in daily between 2:30pm and 4:30pm to catch our JAZZLAB experiment. We’ll be checking our Facebook and Twitter during the sessions, and our live chat offers a real-time platform for viewers to chime in with questions or comments for the artists and engineers.

Stay tuned for future Studio Sessions, highlighting local and regional acts, from our independent hi-fi studio located in Burlington's North End.

As always, big thanks to our JAZZLAB studio session partners.
